At Sight & Sound Theatres, we offer a warm welcome to all guests - including those with physical limitations. Both theaters are fully ADA compliant and have specifically designed areas to maximize your experience if you require physical assistance, must remain in wheelchair, or are accompanied by an ADA service animal during the performance. Because each situation is unique, please note that wheelchair seating cannot be reserved online. To reserve specialty seating, simply call 1-800-377-1277. Our regular business hours are 8:30am-6:00pm ET, Monday through Saturday.
We consider a group to be 15 or more attendees, and we offer a 5% discount per ticket. With even larger groups, every 25th ticket is free!
For logistics and planning purposes, we require groups of 25 or more to be seated together. If you find seats are not available for your group, please call 1-800-377-1277 for assistance in making your reservation.
For more information, please visit our Groups page.
Although the shows are best suited for ages 5 and up, children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 3 may sit on a parent’s lap and do not require a ticket. Children aged 3 and older do require a ticket and their own seat.
We offer booster seats to provide young children with the best possible view. If you think your child may need a booster seat, please speak with one of our ushers when you arrive. Should your child become restless or need a break, we do offer a Family Room at both the Lancaster and Branson theaters, where you can watch a live video feed of the show.
Sight & Sound offers a theatrical experience unlike any other. The stage wraps around you on three sides, and the action extends into the aisles, immersing audiences in the heart of each show. The theaters are designed with both floor level and raised seating options, with no obstructed views. Click here to learn about our tiered ticketing system. You may also use the seat selector tool during check out to choose the seats that are best for you.
