If you need additional information, you may contact us. How do I find directions to a Sight & Sound Theatre? How do I find directions to a Sight & Sound Theatre? Driving directions from several major cities are available by clicking here. Is there a charge for parking, or is there plenty of parking? Parking is available for cars, vans, RVs, buses and motorcoaches. Parking is free at all theatres. Are the theatres located near public transportation? There is no means of public transportation that directly serves the theatres. However, many chartered tour buses come to the theatres daily from major cities and smaller towns. Check your local Yellow Pages for tour operators. Do you serve food at the theatres? The Millennium Theatre in Strasburg, PA offers a concession area with sandwiches, snacks and drinks. Living Waters Theatre in Strasburg, PA offers small snacks and drinks. You may bring this food with you into the theatres. What are some attractions, restaurants and hotels that are available through Sight & Sound? Sight & Sound's theatres are located in areas that abound with dining, lodging, and shopping choices. For groups of 15 or more, packages are available that combine show tickets with a meal at selected restaurants. Click here for group show/meal packages. What is the dress code for performances? The theatres maintain a casual dress code, understanding that many of our patrons are in the area as part of a vacation. "Business casual" attire is often seen at performances. Are cameras allowed in the theatres? You may feel free to use cameras in the lobbies of our theatres. However, cameras of any type, including still, digital and video cameras and camera phones are not permitted in the theatres. The shows are protected under copyright law. In addition, cell phones and pagers must be turned off. Laser pointers and audio recording devices are also prohibited. Will I be seated if I arrive late? Please plan to arrive 45 minutes prior to your show time. This will allow for extra travel time because of traffic and multiple shows in this area. Our shows begin promptly. Because our shows include live animals in the aisles, guests who arrive late are not guaranteed to be seated until intermission. It is the discretion of the House Manager to seat late arrivals in seats other than those originally purchased. There will be no refunds for late arrivals. If you lose an item while attending a show at Sight & Sound Theatres, please call (800) 377-1277. Are the theatres accessible to wheelchairs? The theatres offer seating specially designed to accommodate patrons in wheelchairs or in mobile transports and their companions. When making your reservation, you must specify your request for these areas. Not all seating areas are wheelchair-accessible. There are ample restroom facilities for wheelchair users, plenty of reserved parking spaces, and complete access to all other services. If you need assistance, please ask an usher or someone at the box office. Are the performances interpreted for the deaf? Sign language interpretation is available as needed. If you desire interpretation, please request it when making reservations. Do you provide hearing amplification services? A hearing amplification system is provided for those that request it. Please inquire at the theatre box office in advance of your show time. Devices are distributed on a first-come basis. What is your policy for ticket cancellations, refunds, or reservation changes? You can read these policies by clicking here. What is your weather-related cancellation policy? Sight & Sound shows are rarely cancelled due to weather. Weather-related issues are addressed on an individual show basis. If there is an adverse weather situation in your area or in the area of our theatre, please call (800) 377-1277 to discuss the situation with a customer service agent. How can I make reservations for my group? You may read our Group FAQ by clicking here. Do you offer season subscriptions or memberships? Sight & Sound offers a Multi-Show Combo of two shows and/or a tour in the same calendar year. For more information on these significant reductions of individual ticket prices, click here. How do I choose the best seats? All of the seats in each Sight & Sound theatre offer a great view of the action on stage. Your personal preference can help you determine the best seats for you. In the 2000+ seat theatres, you will get a "big picture" panoramic view of the stages and the actors from the raised seats, the back half of the theatre. Floor level seating, the front of half of the theatre, offers a chance to be closer to the action as it happens around and in front of you. With 72 surround-sound speakers located throughout the theatre, action taking place in the aisles, and sets up to 40' high, there is no "bad" seat. In the 600+ seat Living Waters Theatre, all seats are on the same level and all offer a great view of the production. When you order tickets, seats are assigned giving you the best available seats within the section or level you select. May I bring my children to the show? Children are welcome to attend any of our productions, the contents of which are family-friendly. Please keep in mind that most of our productions are 90 minutes to 2-1/2 hours long with one intermission. For your child's benefit, please consider if your child is likely to enjoy sitting quietly and watching a performance of this length. You can enhance your child's enjoyment of the show by discussing the storyline with them prior to the show. Can I buy tickets with a Sight & Sound Gift Card? Yes! Gift Cards can be used to purchase tickets online, by phone or at any of our box offices. Gift Cards may also be used to purchase merchandise at Noah's Landing, a gift store in Lancaster, PA, or at the theatre gift shops. Sight & Sound Gift Cards are readily available online, at our theatres, over the phone with our Reservations Department (800)377-1277 and at our Noah's Landing Retail Store in the Rockvale Square Outlet Center. May I buy tickets at the door for a show today? Many of our show dates sell out quickly. Most of our guests book their reservations months in advance. We always recommend that reservations be made in advance to ensure that seats are available. However, if you are in the area, you are welcome to visit our box offices to inquire about ticket availability, or call our Reservations Department for information.
Tickets ordered by phone will be mailed 21 days prior to show date. Tickets ordered online will be mailed as an E-Ticket the same day they are ordered. This mailing policy also affects our Refund Policy.
